What this is, and what it isn’t

Being straight about the limits, because a free thing that pretends to be a paid thing helps nobody.

This is outside-in. Only what you tell me and what anyone can see: your site, your checkout, your ads, your listings, your competitors.

The 30-Day Sprint is inside-out. Your actual numbers — admin, ad accounts, cost of goods, returns data.

So this page will end with the honest bit: the things I’d need your real numbers to answer. That’s not a sales tactic, it’s just where the outside view runs out.

Four questions

Short ones. The last two are the ones that actually tell me something.

  2. You get one page. What I found, what I’d fix first, and the numbers I’d need to go further. Inside 48 hours.
  3. Nothing else happens. No sequence, no follow-up, no call unless you ask for one.

I don’t share what you send me, I don’t add you to a list, and I don’t sell it. If you’d rather I delete it after, say so and I will. I do five of these a month because that’s honestly how many I can do properly.
