Two seats only · 90-day mandate
I own the marketing decisions. Not advise on them — own them, in writing, and get graded on them monthly. Budget allocation, agency selection and firing, brief approval, dashboard definition.
Built for manufacturers putting their own consumer brand into the market for the first time, and for D2C brands past ₹20 crore that have outgrown advice.
Renews at ₹1,50,000, written into the mandate at signing so there is no renegotiation later. Locked until 1 March 2027.
The mandate
Before any of that, the Brand-Readiness Screen. Free, pre-sale, about thirty minutes. It checks the six things that kill these engagements in month two, and I would rather find them before you pay.
Specification
Shaped with the CEO, not sold off a shelf. Every engagement here is customised to what you and your board actually need. The schedule below is the baseline I shape from — deliverables can be added to fit your situation. Published prices stay as published.
| Deliverable | What it contains | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Decision rights, in writing | Budget allocation, agency selection and firing, brief approval, dashboard definition, hiring recommendations. Named in the mandate, not implied. | At signing |
| Brand-Readiness Screen | OEM and distributor agreements that could block a consumer brand, who actually controls the budget including family veto, six months of working capital, trademark and IP ownership, regulated-category flags, dealer-channel conflict. | Pre-sale, free |
| Scheduled sessions | Up to six a month: four growth, one board or CEO, one agency review. Extra sessions ₹15,000. | 6 × monthly |
| Board report and forward plan | Numbers reconciled and honest, written for your board or promoter group. Bad news first. Estimates labelled. | Monthly |
| Agency Scorecard | Each agency graded in writing across volume, honesty, brief adherence and responsiveness — worded so you can forward it to them unedited. | Monthly |
| Site visits | Factory walks and market visits across the UP belt. Counted inside the delivery cap, not billed as extras. | 2 × quarterly |
| Agency selection | Up to three candidates per slot, briefed, compared and recommended against your actual constraint. | As needed |
| Dashboard definition | What gets measured, how it is calculated, and who owns each number. Written once, then defended. | Days 31–60 |
Those caps are in the contract rather than the hope. A mandate that pretends my time is unlimited is one that quietly degrades in month four.
Boundaries
Mandates at this level are shaped with the CEO and the board, never sold off a page. So start by sending me the basics on WhatsApp — type them, or hold the mic and talk for a minute. I read and listen to everything myself. Then we do the free thirty-minute Readiness Screen, and I come back with what your mandate should actually contain.
Send details or a voice note on WhatsApp Or start with the free Outside LookTwo seats. If both are full I will say so rather than stretch.
