The 30-Day Leak Map
I read your business the way a doctor runs the tests, from the warehouse shelf to the parcel that comes back. Every leak priced as a range, with the method shown. Then the plan your team runs.
I do not run the fixes. Your team does. That is why this costs what it costs.
₹75,000
- one-time
- 100% prepaid
- GST additional
- 30 days
- Locked until 1 March 2027
- No increases, no improvised discounts
- The same price with or without a funnel
You pay only after the free call, once you have decided.
Right for
- You already sell, even a little.
- Someone on your side can carry out the fixes.
- One owner answers for the number.
- B2B or D2C, manufacturer or online brand.
- With a funnel or without one.
- SaaS on the same terms; my client work so far is outside SaaS.
Wrong for
- Nothing has sold yet.Take the free review instead.
- Anyone hoping I will run the fixes.
- Customer interviews inside this price. That is quoted separately.
- Leather brands.

The arc
Thirty days of tests, then the plan
Day 0
The consultation
Sixty minutes with you, not a junior, and data access. The clock starts when access is complete.
Week 1
The numbers
You and two people on your team. Then the twelve numbers reconciled until we both agree they are true.
Week 2
The examination
The audit map areas named in your proposal. For a B2B company, the enquiry log and the quotation trail too. Dated screenshots, scored against one rubric.
Week 3
Competitors, category, diagnosis
Three rivals in depth, two in brief. Every leak priced as a range. A findings call around day 21, bad news first.
Week 4
The plan
Positioning, the website and social strategy, the 90-day sales plan with three bets, and the agency kit. Handed over on day 30 with one page on top.
Day 45
The pulse check
Thirty minutes, two weeks after handover. What the first moves changed in the numbers, and what has not moved yet.
Specification
What you actually receive
Shaped with the owner, not sold off a shelf. Deliverables can be added. Published prices stay as published.
Open the full table
| Deliverable | What it contains | When |
|---|---|---|
| Baseline Numbers Sheet | The twelve numbers we both now agree are true: margin per order or per job, order value, repeat rate, returns, blended cost to win a customer, returns by channel. For B2B: enquiries, reply time, quotation to order, days to close. Every discrepancy flagged. | Week 1 |
| The Leak Report | One page: the three to five places money is leaking, each with a rupee-per-quarter range and the evidence behind it. | Week 3 |
| Digital Presence Report Card | Website, social and the wider footprint scored against a fixed rubric, with dated screenshots. | Week 2 |
| Competitor Board | Three named rivals in depth, two in brief: what they claim, their price ladder, the ads running right now, and the gap they have left open. | Week 3 |
| Category Read | Two pages on where this category is moving in India over the next twelve months, sourced, with the one shift that matters for you. | Week 3 |
| Positioning and Brand Story Note | The one sentence only you can say, the one-liner, three proof points, and the list of things we will stop saying. | Week 4 |
| Website Strategy Note | The page map, the single job of each page, the order of things on it, and the call-to-action logic. Briefs for the six pages that matter, and the tracking plan. Your team or agency builds it. | Week 4 |
| Social Media Strategy Note | Which platforms, and which to drop. Three or four content lanes, a cadence you can keep, format rules, six worked reference examples, and who executes it. | Week 4 |
| 90-Day Sales Growth Plan | Three bets, the rupee movement each should produce, what must be true, named owners and dates, and the kill rule that stops each one. | Day 30 |
| Agency Selection Kit | The role brief, a weighted scorecard, ten questions to ask, a paid-trial brief, a price sanity band, and the clauses to refuse. | Day 30 |
On top of all ten: A one-page 30-60-90 execution sheet: every recommendation as an owner-and-date line, plus the things we are deliberately not doing. And a competitor snapshot annex: three rivals run through the same instrument's surface pass.
Calls: consultation, findings, two short check-ins while your team starts the first three fixes, handover, pulse. Revisions: one cycle on the report.
No funnel yet
If you have no funnel yet, the map changes. The price does not.
A funnel is every step from first enquiry to paid order. Same name, same ₹75,000, same 30 days. Two of the ten deliverables change shape. The one condition: you already sell, even a little.
| What changes | In the standard map | In the first-funnel map |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | The twelve numbers reconciled | The fit check: your customers so far, who came back, who did not, what you tried and what it cost. Read from your records and a short survey to recent buyers. |
| The Leak Report | Three to five leaks, priced as ranges | The first-funnel map: who to sell to first, what to say, the first two or three channels with a test budget, a pass mark and a date each. |
| Everything else | As listed | As listed. The 90-day plan becomes the dated tests your team runs from day one, with what we do if a test fails. |
If week one shows the product has not found buyers who come back, I say so, and the map says what to do about that before any ad money moves. If nothing has sold yet, the free review is the right step, not this.
Then your team builds the funnel. Want me alongside? That is Growth Advisory, with onboarding waived within thirty days of the map.
Boundaries
What this is not
- I do not execute. Page maps and briefs, not builds. Positioning, not logos. You run the agency calls.
- The guarantee covers the diagnosis and the delivery dates, never revenue. Your execution decides the rest.
- No customer interviews at this price. If the diagnosis needs them, I quote that separately.
- Hard end at day 45. Out-of-scope threads after that are ₹5,000, stated in the proposal.
- No leather brands. A personal rule, not negotiable.
- If I find nothing material, I say so. I would rather lose the next sale than invent a leak.
Your side
What I need from you
Access
Store admin or sales records, ad accounts, analytics, listings, the enquiry log. Read-only is fine.
Numbers
Cost of goods, shipping and return costs, or job costs and quotations. Standard figures, not audited.
Time
The interviews in week one and the calls listed above.
A doer
One named person who can run the first three moves.
No access, no map. I would rather say so at the start than take the money and produce a thinner one.
After the map
Heal first. Then grow.
When the map finds leaks, close them first. Three honest routes:
On your own
Run the plan with your team.
With me alongside
Already healthy, and want to compete
I will say plainly which one you are.
Tell me about the business first
